About LaDawn

certified_grief_recovery_specialist_v4.jpg

Loss is something that LaDawn was familiar with from an early age.  Her mother died when she was 7 years old.   LaDawn first experienced the Grief Recovery Method in 2016 after the loss of a close friend by suicide.   It soon became clear that unprocessed grief had contributed to much of the dysfunction in her life.    She went through the steps again and again to deal with grief related to divorce, loss of community, and death of beloved pets.   In November 2021 LaDawn became certified to moderate the eight  week course developed by Grief Recovery Institute.  As of February 2022, she is also certified for online 1:1, online Grief Groups, and helping adults support children experiencing loss.

Lately I have been spending much more time helping community cats than I have with humans 😻🐈‍⬛.  I have two traps that I am willing to share in order to find a lost pet, socialize kittens or get feral cats vaccinated and fixed.  Feel free to use the contact me link if you are in the Hagerstown Maryland area and need help with a cat.  I would love to hear from you if you want to adopt a kitten.  I usually have a few that will be available soon.  I appreciate a donation toward the cost of getting them vaccinated/fixed.

I also have an Amazon Wish List for helping the the Radcliffe Community Cats.

Some of those items may be more affordable on  https://www.livetrap.com/

Taking small steps in the right direction will help you achieve a life you enjoy living.   We would like to support you in finding the next best step for you.    Please contact me for more information on cats or grief recovery.
